I'm stuck in my magazine order!!?

I was off by 2 days to cancel and they wont cancel it at all!! It was one of those telemarketers who recorded me saying I agree to pay it. So I'm stuck they said, $900 for 5 magazines for 5 years. Its through some magazine company! How can I say I'm gonna sue if they have me agreeing to it? And they also signed me up for bonuses, which I have until tomorrow to cancel, and I've been calling them for 4 days, and they won't pick up. If I call them on Monday, it will be 1 day late and they wont cancel...I'm So F*****. PLEASE HELP!! What can I do or say?

Moving forward - please disclose who you are talking about... "some magazine company" doesn't help anyone - including you. You need to report the company to the Better Business Bureau by filing a formal online complaint. They need to respond. Your complaint should include that you called for several days and no one answered, but that you tried to cancel in the time it you were allowed. You are not responsible for the payment - don't pay and don't worry - it does NOT affect your credit.
