Yes, they are real. I have done a lot of research on the subject cause I wanted to know of someone with "boobs" as big as mine that were real. If I remember correctly, she wears a 32DD. They look so big because she is so small and petite. Mine don't look as big as they are (36J) because I am a corn fed girl. I ain't fat, but I'm thick.
