Donate them to the local public library, I've seen a giveaway table in the lobby of our neighborhood library. Schools often use them for collages. You could send them off with a neighborhood... Try these ...Normal is $3.99 an issue but if it is a special one with like mega posters ect. than it will probably be $4.99 ...Idk, I get CosmoGirl too, I ordered a makeup thingy and it was supposed to come in October, but it never came.
