I assume you want to make a magazine for girls, so some good sponsors would be those who feel girls would benefit from their business. Try some local shops and boutiques (where girls would shop at) and see if they want to sponsor your magazine or would like to purchase ad space.

For larger sponsors who don't necessarily have any reason to sponser a girls magazine, you can come up with strategies to help them see that it does benefit them. Ex. if your magazine aims to show girls that they can make a difference in the world, a sponsor would be interested because they are donating to a good cause.

As for a name for a magazine, I can't come up with that for you. A name has to mean something to you and has to generate interest for others.
