Any good ones? |
I am really intrested in contests like Poetry, Drawing etc. stuff like that. Does anyone know of a contest that is still accpeting entries? But it cant be for 16- 19 year olds. Like 8- 14 year olds. Don't worry people. I have permission from my mother to join the site. I am just not allowed in certain catergories. I don't know of any. You had better be careful with some sites. They are just out to take advantage of the young folks. I wish you the best of luck. |

I think Good Housekeeping is always a good one. My mom used to like it, and I do too. It has some of everything. I like Woman's Day alot too, but G.H. is more "substantial" in siz... One minute too many youngsters are underweight then the next they are overweight according to the media and government. I never buy a magazine promoting die... Canadian ...I cannot tell you how I enjoyed Right On back in the day. I would tell you to check out ebay and do a search on google for them. I used to buy them up big time back in the day. I wish you the best.... If you haven't already, create a media package (it could be just a letter and some examples of your work) explaining why a business should sponsor your magazine. Make it interesting and fun.
