I would say that Hefner is a strong brand like Trump, Clinton, Cloony...etc. Being seen or linked to Hefner is to mean that you are among the chosen few. The lifestyle is awesome and you get to meet lots of celebrities.

There are some drawbacks, but that is what individual choice is all about.

i would hate to think that a woman was with me for my money, or what I could do for her career. if he was a greeter at walmart, how many of those women would even talk to him. I would rather be with someone who loves ME, then to be with a gold digger.

They don't like him. They are using him (what he can give them) as much as he is using them (exploitation).

he is way to old for me but i have noticed on the show that he seems to take a genuine interest in the girls,what they are doing,he pays attention to what they are saying. good things in a man. personally i don't believe the girls are in love with him. kendra seems to be in it for the money and fame. holly appears to be in it for the big bucks and long haul,wanting his baby and all will assure her she is in his life forever. and bridget well i think she just wants to have some fun. kendra and bridget has both said they know its not forever.

Nothing at all according to the evidence. He used to pose with a group of nude Playmates in his mansion's pool. He wore a tank top and long trunks to hide as much of his scrawny body as possible. He drank fantastic amounts of Pepsi and puffed on a pipe until he had a stroke. He is not handsome or well-built at all. I have not seen any evidence that he is charming either. If he was poor and unknown, he would be lucky to get Rosie O'Donnell's heterosexual twin.
