I would like to design pages for magazines , but I don't know what this is called. Who does this?

I have been in yearbook for 3 years and I am a senior in high school now. I want a career in designing pages for magazines. I want to design the layouts for essence magazine or victoria's secret. I don't know what this is called. I don't know the job title of what i want to do. I mean who desighns the pages for magazines. I want a career in this field. And also, if you know what the peson is called that designs the pages, can you tell me what majior I should be in to do this?

Graphic Design or Drafting and Design Degree. But, most magazines uses models and props. For that Photographers and Fashion Stylists are involved to create the image.
