What magazine would make a great gift ?

I'm in Tx. & my friend moved back to Chicago - She has everything & has the means to get whatever she needs. I want to get a x-mas gift for her & all I can think of is a mag. subscription. If not can anyone give me an idea for what mag or even a different gift alltogether?

Did you and your friend share an activity, for example hiking or jazz? Perhaps a magazine about that. I personally like the Chicken Soup for the Woman's Soul books. There are editions for the New Mom, Young Women, Teens, etc.
Oh, what about a picture of you and her taken before her move? You could frame and ship via UPS or US Mail? That's something really personal she would be sure to love.

I go with Litl M. A picture of the two of you, maybe on a mouse pad, or coffee mug? Or maybe a calendar with pics of your hometown and you and her with your friends for example.

Depending on how old she is, Health magazine and Women's Day are both great. Most women enjoy them.
