When will Gone With The Wind come to the theater again?

I saw Gone With The Wind in 1995 at the theater. Does anyone know when the movie will come to the big screen again? If not, when before 1995 was it in theaters?

Maybe in 2009, for its 70th anniversary, but even more likely in 2014 for its 75th.

It was also re-released in 1954, 1967, 1989, 1998.

i don't think it ever will again-- most people like modern movies-- sorry!

you should google film nights in your local theaters or inquire at your smaller theaters (not like the Regal/Edwards cinemas, but the local small town theater). If there is a smaller theater in your area, they usually have an old film night every now and then and I'm sure they'd be able to tell you what will be playing and when...It's always fun to go to these and watch the oldies-but-goodies <3

i know it came to theatres in 1998 or so

i just couldnt stay still for 5 hours to watch it.
