What mental disorder does the main character of fight club have?

Dissociative Identity Disorder, also known as Multiple Personality Disorder.

Multiple Personality Disorder... not to be confused with schizophrenia as it commonly is.

My guess is schizophrenia which is associated with phantom voices and imaginary people telling them what to do.

I'm thinking both being paranoid and having a split personality is the disorder.
