Will Heath Ledger be a disaster as the Joker?

I watched the trailer, he's totally awful in it. There's no way I'm watching this movie, the last one was the worst Batman of all. It kept pretending it was a cutting edge, sophisticated action movie, when it really was a B-movie in Oscar clothing.

More than likely. He is not good at hiding his accent and that is the problem. The Joker has to seem menaing and he just seems Broke Back.

Arnold as Mr. Freeze= Good. He's got that serious look on his face all the time, its funny lol. Better Arnold than Heath anyway. I think Heath is past his hey-days.

I dont think he'll be that bad. When I first heard he was casted as the new Joker, i knew at that moment that it was because of his smile. His smile, with makeup and all that **** they put on the joker, is the perfect one for the role. I think the reason you think its gonna be bad is because you just dont expect a guy like him to play an important role like that, but hey, who knows, he might surprise you, i mean all you saw was the trailer and you heard the laugh....
