Did anyone find 'i am legend' really sad ?

somehow, i still can't stop thinking about that movie. i looove will smith, and his acting is excellent, and i find the movie to be really sad.. to see a man living by himself all alone.. and when he lost sam the dog, :[

i think this movie should be movie of the year. if you've seen it, did you enjoy it?

I found it horribly sad.

Gosh! I was crying when Sam died.

I wouldn't know what to do in that situation.
And it just broke my heart when he went up to that manakin
and said,
'I promised my friend that I would say hi to you. So.. hi. Hi... please say hi back'

yeah i thought it was sad, but it was totally not what i was expecting but still a great movie, ive never seen him do a bad movie.

I liked it i cried when he cried and also when the dog died it was sad & i did enjoy the movie it was great ;D

I agree with the sadness... I cried when Sam died and it was heart-wrenching to see Neville's sadness after that. You could just see his resolve start to drain. When he pulled out that grenade, I about lost it. Great movie. Every emotion went through me.

I though the movie was pretty good. I also agree I thought it was very sad too Robert Neville lost his family and then kills Sam after she got infected that was a pretty tough scene of the movie to watch.

Yeah that movie was sad. I cried a lot, but the worst part is when he had to suffocate his own dog. I don't think i would be able to do that.
