Trying to find name of a MOVIE...?

It's from either the late 80s or early 90s I used to watch it when I was little. It had a toy shop and the cast would shrink down and the toys would come alive. One I remember was a life-size carosel (sp?) that came alive and there were only 3 characters on it.

I hope this makes sense in someone else's head as much as it makes in mine...

Okay so random parts are coming to me - but there was a big red bouncy ball that was in it - and it was a cheesy movie - the effects weren't convincing now but when i was like 6 or 7 they were ... blah i've been lookin for over 3 hrs so I hope someone can HELP ....

I'm really not sure..., but i've seen a movie similar to that.
But i REALLy just cant remember the title of it..

It sounds very similar to Babes in Toyland (1961) with Annette Funicello. There have been several versions, but I'm not sure how similar they all are. You might see if there was a remake.
