I bought 2 VHS tapes on eBay from the UK. One is Celine Dion 1977 & the English Patient.? |
When I try to play them they both show nothing but black streaks. Could I possibly be doing something wrong or did I get taken for a ride? No you haven't been taken for a ride. Those videos are not in NTSC. They are most likely in PAL format. You either have to get a multi-region VCR or get the converted to NTSC. |
