Most Excellent! I hated that he was betrayed and had to die. I love that the wife of the gay prince told the king that he would live on. I don't remember what she said, but let him know that she was having mel's character's baby.

being a dying king - sucks
having a wimpy son to take over the throne - sucks
exacting vengeance on your sworn enemy before your death - getting better
finding out the future Queen is pregnant, not by your gay son but by aforementioned sworn enemy...PRICELESS!

Enjoyed it very much. I was surprised at the ending I expected his friends to rescue him.

I thought it was absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed seeing Mel Gibson, well, William Wallace's strength and patriotism throughout the whole movie. I always admire people that show honor, patriotism, and loyalty. It's not very common nowadays. Many people are out for themselves.

tho most the movie was total BS, IT ROCKED!!! the facts the movie follwed were crap. dates totaly off, people who didnt exsit etc. but the screenplay, music, action next to gladiator its one of the most romantic historical movies ever made.

Wonderful film....I loved it...and will watch it over again.

Great movie! Great acting especially by the actor who played King Edward. I first saw this movie when I was in six grade and wasn't to used to movie gore which I now see is a staple of Mel Gibsons movies. *spoiler* Sad ending but sure am glad they weren't showing what was happening to poor ol' William.
