What would you do ....?

When watching movie, what would you do when someone sitting in front of you talk?

Smack them on the back of the head.

Been there. Done that.

Since I'm going to see I Am Legend in theatres why not come along and see if anyone steps up to be my next victim? Mwhahahahahaha!

first I try the good old shhhh
if that doesn't work, I say please be quiet
if it keeps up and if it's bad enough, I'll get a theater employee

Depends who it is. If its someone you know very well, then saying "lets talk when this is over, this is something i really want to see", wont be a problem. However, if its someone that you aren't that close with, then they would probably be offended by it so you should just wait until they are done talking.

Prob.. stew and be pissed. I dont usually say anything.. BUT there is a first time for everything. Gettin older makes me lose my cool quicker now. Shouldnt be that way..I might tap them on the shoulder and tell em "look I hate to be rude but would you mind not talking I cant hear the movie"! If they didnt I would inform the manager. I like what Clit said. I have felt like doing that myself.

Tap them on the shoulder and say SHHHHHHHHHHHHH
If that doesn't work then shout HEY BE QUIET!

You can report them to the movie workers or tap them on the shoulder and tell them in a nice way you cannot hear the movie, if they don't respond then report them.

waia2000 said it as well or better than I could have. I don't go to the movies that often and I do hate when I can't hear the movies. I will deal with it, but I try hard not to get surly about it, and that takes some effort!
