If you have seen it please tell me who dies...does robert neville (will smith) die? any main characters?

Yes he dies. The "dark seekers" were breaking into his glass chamber, so he let Ann (woman who saves him from suicide) and Ethan (son of Ann) escape from some sort of hidden passage. He stays behind and takes out a grenade and pulls the pin. As the "leader" is breaking through, Robert runs into the glass also and the grenade explodes, killing all the monsters and Neville as well...

The dog dies because Neville strangles it. He did that because it got bit by an infected dog, and he said cannines are immune to physcal contact. So the dig went wild, so he killed it...

His wife and daughter die as they were leaving the island. Another helicopter was leaving at the same time and people jumped on the railing and caused it to crash into the one his family was on...

That's everyone who died, excluding the 5.4 billion who died due to the virus.

yes, he dies (will smith) and his wife and daughter dies in a helicopter accident as they leave=( <-- but they aren't really main characters...a bunch of those dementor things die too

but that is ruining the whole movie.
