Who does the voice of bob's boss on the Incredibles, and what other movies does he voice/act in? His name is Wallace Shawn. He also was Vizzini in the Princess Bride, who kept saying "Inconceivable." He also was Mr. Hall in Clueless, (the movie and tv show) Rex in Toy Story, and more recently, Chicken Little as Principal Fetchit. If you would like to see more of his film history, check imdb.com. It was Wallace Shawn. He was the bad guy in Princess Bride who kept saying "Inconceivable!" He's played by Wallace Shawn.
