What are your opinions on Pirates III?

I thought it lacked an ending, was confusing, and didn't have a good story line.

After I watched the movie I was so confused....you're right I think that the writers started doing drugs or something. It's sad when the actors don't even know what is going on, I saw an interview with Orlando Bloom and he said he was confused that shoulda told me not to go and see the movie but I loved the first one and the second one was ok I was like the 3rd has to be a winner not the case in my opinion. Too many things were going on and I think they used too much secret "lingo" that left people with questions. They didn't think it through very much.

I was severely pissed at first that Orlando Bloom's character died. (it doesn't have anything to do with that he's Orlando Bloom) But I actually thought the ending was sweet. They got to get married and consummate, that's enough for me! I thought it was cool to see the octopus guy as a human.

especially the fact that johnny depp filmed the davie jones locker scene less than 60 miles from where i live !!!

PO'd that Orlando Bloom died at the end. Other than that it was OK. Not as good as the first 2.

I was so confused when I first attempted to watch it - I had to turn it off after 20 minutes because I had no idea what was going on and had to rewatch Dead Man's Chest.

The third movie definitely was not as funny as the first two, and the story line was decent but not great. The movie's only real redeeming quality was its special effects.

The ending isn't terribly bad, and it sets up the 4th movie nicely, if they choose to make one. I'd like to see what happens to Will now that he's captain of the Dutchman and would be curious to see what happens to Jack in his quest for the Fountain of Youth.

I AGREE WITH YOU! 1ST MOVIE WAS ABSOLUTELY BETTER THAN THE OTHER TWO..

The only things that were really good about it were Jack Sparrow, Barbossa, Will, and Elizabeth.
