Holocaust Movie?

I caught a tiny bit of a movie earlier today but I don't have DVR and wasn't able to check the TV Guide channel.

Basically it was a holocaust movie and some dude with an Italian accent was telling his son that they we're playing a game. Like everything the Nazi's did, he said it was part of the game.

Does anyone know the name of this movie?
