How many scenes are usually in a feature film? |
Film student doing my 1st script and I need to know. I did coverage for "How to Lose a Guy in 10 days" and I counted like 45. Is that about the norm for other movies? It really depends on the movie. The average is about 2 pages per scene. So an average 120 page script has about 60 scenes. Action movies/thrillers/mysteries tend to have more and romantic comedies or play adaptations tend to have less. It really depends on who works on the DVD. They may decide to cut each conversation into a scene or may simply slice it into fourths. I don't think there's a definite "average". |

i liked the movie...it is worth watching....but i think the end could have been better ...it was too dramatic..other wise its a good movie ...I didnt mind the ending.
