I Am Legend: Why would they blot out the make of Smith's watch, a 2004 Swiss Army ST 4000? |
Even if they coincided the year with the plot of the film. Why go through all that trouble and have people conduct witch hunts to find out the exact make and model and year if they're not going to endorse it anyway???!!! Doesn't make sense. Did you also notice they blotted out the ford emblem on the SUV Anna was driving? They never gave any emblem identifying shots on Deville's Explorer, maybe intentionally. I can't remember about the Mustang in the opening scene. That was definitely a Ford movie. Omega Man was a Chevy movie. Charlton Heston drove a Blazer if I remember correctly. Report It probably because they did not get authorization from the manufacturer to endorse their product. |
