What's "Sneak Preview" for movies?

Often when I go to the movies, the big releases that are suppose to come a week later show "sneak previews" a week earlier.. Are these actually the full movies or interviews? Thank you

these are full movies offered only the selected night a week before the movie is released. I love sneak peaks because mos people dont take advantage and see it before the rest of the public. Its not an actual short preview its the whole movie.

its the full movie. its just one of the big movies little tricks they like to pull.

Thats a quite good questions,i think but not definite, that they are clips of the film etc.

A sneak preview is the actual movie in it's entirety, but you get to see it before it's actually released. Usually it's just on one night (usually a Saturday) about a week before the film is actually released.

I remember back when you used to get to see two movies during a sneak preview - the new film (sneak preview) and then you could stay and watch another movie by the same movie studio that was already playing. I don't think they do that anymore - at least not around here.
