For anyone who has watched Sister Act.? |
Does anyone know why the youngest looking nun has on a different outfit than the other nuns? She's a postulant (still determining whether or not to become a nun - this period lasts about a year). After that, she would be accepted as a novice, then she would make her permanent vows as a nun. I think it actually has to do with her becoming a nun, there's a process you have to go through to enter a convent and become a nun, before you get the full dress, I think her outfit was meaning she was a nun in training lol type thing. I'm 75-80% positive that's why. |
