Will Smith Legend Movie?

Has anybody seen this movie? we are wanting to tonight just want to get an opinion on what you thought of it.

It was a great movie. It reminded me alot of Castaway, because he spends a large chunk of the movie all alone, with a dog. In that sense it can be kind of boring, but there is some cool stuff that goes on in the movie. If you haven't seen "Last Man on Earth" or "Omega Man" than it will be real nice, cause you won't try comparing movies. I think people had so many problems with this movie, becuase it's so different from the other versions. It's a good movie, and it's well worth paying to watch.

I was disappointed. On many levels. people will tell you its deep, but its not well done. there are a lot of loopholes and unexplained parts and very boring moments. it does have a few good parts, but overall i was bored and unimpressed.

I will agree about the Smith character development. You could see his loneliness and him losing his sanity. But again, there are more plot holes. and the flashbacks were stupid and didnt explain anything. Honestly though, it doesnt matter what we think, there are always going to be different opinions. Just go see it then decide for yourself.

Don't Listen to bustagrimes10!

At first, I thought that this movie would be okay at best, abysmal at worst. But I was pleasantly surprised to see Will Smith, "Robert Neville," give a spectacular performance, full of emotion and anger, and bordering a bit on the insane side. I take off points only because it seems like a film that's been done before (and it has, I know, but I don't mean literally). What sets it apart from the rest of the post-apocalyptic man made human killing virus that zombifies people films is the depth of Will Smith's character. With cross-cuts to dreams and the portrayal of Robert Neville's loneliness, the audience connects with him on both a deep mental level and a more surface level driven by pathos. You both laugh and cry with him, you jump out of your seat when he gets scared, and you cheer for him throughout. I walked in expecting a zombie shoot-em-up and settled into something much more thought provoking and intense. It wasn't perfect, but it certainly deserves a look, even if you're not into the whole undead thing.

The first part is great, the last part is lacking...

I saw the movie on Saturday and I thought it was really good! As cliche as it sounds, I laughed, I cried, and I jumped out of my seat on several occasions.

It was definitely worth the $10!

It is good if you like Will Smith. Watch the original "Last Man on Earth" with Vincent Price. Will emotes alot in this one. Be warned.

i went the other night, its such a good movie. its like action & horror combined. i've never seen anything like it, and will smith is awesome so that makes it even better, you should definitely go see it

I have to agree with Bustagrimes myself. Maybe because I was so syked to see it, I came out disappointed. Did not like the ending. Reminds me of Castaway very much, with some lame special effects. Even though Will Smith is one of my favorite actors and the plot is something I am totally into.

It was good. Will Smith played his role very well. Like Johnny Dope said, it put you in the mind of castaway.

it was one of the greatest movies of all time!! dont believe the negative comments about this movie! they're all false!
great movie.. probably will smith's best yet!

worth the money
just a big tearjerker

I loved it! Of course, I love Will Smith and I think he just gets better and better with each movie. He does an amazing job. I didn't expect to be jumping out of my seat so much, so if you like that, then this is a great movie for you. Lots of moments for tears, lots of laughter, too. I'm still unsure of the ending, but that's okay. It was worth the high movie ticket price! Be warned... my hands hurt at the end because I was clenching them then ENTIRE movie. It's very tense. :)
