How can I watch movie on computer with caption?

Im deaf n I wonder how can I watch movie on the computer with captions on it???? anyone have ideas???

I assume by captions you mean subtitles.
First you need to get the right subtitles for the movie you want to watch. They are usually small files with extentions like .srt / .idx. / .sub .. etc
Some sites are dedicated to subtitles like www.divxsubtitles.com .. Note that if the movie is divided into 2 files you should get subtitles divided into 2 files etc

Put the subtitles files in the same folder where the movie files are. Give them the same file names. The movie player should detect the subtitles. The best movie player in my opinion is VLC!

If it's a DVD, right click the video clip and look for Closed Captions or English Captions, something like that. If it's regular downloaded videos.... I'm not so sure there is a way to get captions.
