What's the name of that 90s film about sex?

Help me remember the name of this film - it's about sex and has a Latina as the main female character. I remember they go to a gas station or something like that to buy condoms but they're all out, and the owners make a joke about them selling like hotcakes, but that they should say they sell like condoms/jimmies (not sure which word they used), since nobody buys hotcakes. So they just have sex and the guy pulls out, but the girl gets pregnant, and she can't decide whether to keep it (she goes to the abortion clinic but I don't remember her ultimate decision). During the movie, at various points, they also show some guys dressed in white like sperm on a running track trying to get over this brick wall (metaphor obvious).

I watched a long time ago, quite a few years, and it was probably a medium-to-low-budget (not obscure indy, but not blockbuster) movie, not like an educational film or something. Anyone know what it's called?

I think you're thinking of "The Mating Habits of the Earthbound Human" (1999), with Carmen Electra as the gal and Mackenzie Astin as the guy. It was a romantic comedy that was a fake documentary about human courtship rituals as observed by aliens. David Hyde Pierce from "Frasier" was the voice of the alien narrator.
