Does anyone think they could live the life of the main character in I Am Legend. Could you put yourself in the main characters shoes and imagine living day by day, making sure you make it home before the sun goes down, locking up all windows, doors, and making sure you're not known to the infected that you're inside your own house. Do you think you'd be able to life that kinda life, or would you end up killing yourself? Think about it. Not only was he a brilliant scientist, but apparently he was an expert with explosives and he could do home improvements too -- installing all those shutters by himself couldn't have been easy! Plus he knew guns, he knew how to hook up big lights, he could grow food, he kept fit, he could train dogs, he could drive fast, he could hunt, he knew how to use a radio station to transmit his signal... I'd like to try to live it. i live that life now... i live in Queens NY, i make sure i'm home with the doors locked and windows shut by sundown. you don't wanna be outside after that. Hard life! but you could get use to it!!! swinging a golf ball off a SR-71 fun, funny! as you said could we really learn to live "alone", having to now focus your time on what we all lack, survival skills over comfort of living. The movie really made me and others think in a different light. You don't walk away from many movies wondering "could I do that". yes i believe i could do it, of course i'd stock up on food and weapons and try to survive the best way i could, then after about a week or so, i'd start scouting for survivors oh my god ! yea i could you just have to have a daily routine so not to go crazy |
