Why hasnt my package from tesco jersey arrived?

i bought a dvd for my friend not last saturday but the saturday before 8/12
its a christmas present and it hasnt been delivered even though it said it would take 3-5 days? which it should have been delivered a week ago
i know christmas post is busy...but im really worried i need to give this present

it says it was dispatched on moday the 10th
which was 10 days ago

I wouldn't like to think that the postmen would have been sticky fingered!

Maybe just the volume of mail at this time of the year!

It's obviously too late to re order, and Jersey will not be very helpful, apologetic maybe!

Just keep your fingers crossed that it comes thru the letterbox tomorrow or Monday!

Why don't you ask Tesco Jersey?

You need to contact Tesco, as soon as possible.

It is quite possible that the package has gone missing!

Fallen of the ferry? or something.

They take on extra staff at Christmas (double the number in fact)

It is possible it it still on the way. So contact Tesco today, they may have a chance to re-dispatch it to you
