More details would be nice. Do you want to add this song to a video? Or just have an audio file? If you want an audio file Windows Media Player should be able to rip a copy of the song if you have it on CD. Or you can download the song through Windows Media Center and play it in the Player. If you want to add the track to a video you'd use Window's preinstalled Movie Maker(?) or some other video editing program and just drag the track into the timeline.
