trying to find a drum set about 120-150 dollars i just want something that'll make a sound dousn't matter if its from the 19th century. LOL...
If it is from the 19th century, it would probably be worth a lot more than $120...
120 dollars is really pushing the envelope to get anything playable, but I'd try pawn shops, Craigslist, and ask any musicians you know. Sometimes people get rid of drums that they no longer use and are collecting dust.
Other drummers can be a good source, as they might be getting a new set and want to sell their older one. Also, if you're willing and able to fix it up yourself, you might find a decent set that needs work.
