Organ keyboard layout?

Im thinking of getting an keyboard with an organ setting for my band. what i would like to know here is it the same as a piano? i mean one set of keys not three. like CDEFGAB from middle c.

i play piano and guitar so ither xplanation ways would help.

the notes on a key board are the same as pianio cdefgab ect. however i think the keyboard has one less octive.
