Why did they choose Kalamazoo as the place where Elvis supposedly lives?

Why Kalamazoo of all places? Why not Sioux City, Iowa; New York, New York; Lynchburg, VA?

I guess because it is such a strange sounding place and it's far enough away that you will never be able to check it out and try to find him. Can you imagine being the one to find "the King" alive?
