What is the name of this great song?

I dont have many details on it but its this rap song with a baby making noise as part of the beat (like a baby laughing). Part of the chorus is this woman with a beautiful voice singing. There are two or three rappers in the song but thats about all i know. Someone told me the woman singing was this lady Eliah but i dont think thats correct. Thank you.
