Who originally sang Knockin' on Heavens Door? the man from minnesota wrote it and sang it first. it was used in the movie he appeared in: pat garrett and billy the kid Bob Dylan Bob dylan bob dyland me thinks I believe it was Bob Dylan. It was butchered, i might add, by that screechy Guns N' Roses version. Bob Dylan, written in 1973 me but they told me to keep my day job Bob Dylan.............. Wasn't it Guns and Roses?? It's from Bob Dylan. The guy who also gave us the songs Lay Lady Lay and Like A Rolling Stone. And of course, GNR had also their own version of that song, as well as Eric Clapton. Bob Dylan wrote it and first sang it. Bob Dylan It was Bob Dylan. He wrote it for the soundtrack of "Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid", in which he had a starring role. |
