This song is definitely NOT "Whisper To A Scream," nor is it "Don't Fear The Reaper," as most people tend to answer every other time this question is asked. It's the song that plays at the end of the film as the sun is rising while Gail Weathers is giving her "exclusive eyewitness account" of the events in "Scream." It just so happens that Microsoft used this very same song in their "Potential" commercial. I've been trying to figure out this song for 10 years, so any help anybody could provide would be really appreciated.
