No idea, My advice return your ipod and get the New Sony Walkman Mp3 + Video Player, NWA085, Plays all kind of music and videos, and you don't have to request or pay for songs, you can just go to a P2P program such as Ares or Limewire or DC++ and put your songs on it and videos for free no risks, Much better then the Ipod.
