Ok, three months ago, i heard a song on WEBN. The song sarted with war sounds, and went into a guitar riff. The words moved me. The song changed about halfway through to metal. My first metal. I heard Jay Gilbert announce the song as "one". By Metallica. I asked a ? on here about Metallica the next day, and got many great answers. Since then, i have become a Metallica Maniac. I have 6 albums, (going on 7 when i can find Kill'Em All) and am showing no signs of stopping. Heres to Metallica, and to those who still respect them after all these years. take a listen to MegaDeth, Kirk Hammet and Dave Mustaine were once with Metallica than branched out on their own. Also Dave and Kirk both took guitar lessons from Joe Satrini when Joe lived in Los Angeles ... a long tme ago. |
