"Losing your Memory" by R.Star is about a guy who wants to go out with a girl who he can't have.
And of course, like he said "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne is about a girl who wants to go out with a guy who has a girlfriend already. However, that song is fairly upbeat, and I'm not sure if thats what your looking for.
