for a start those are wrong
Bm 24322 would be Bmaj7sus2
G 230030 would be a dodgy F#7aug5 chord with a g in it
A 002200 would be Asus2
D xx0230 would be Dsus2
E is right

what they mean is this
the guitar is tuned EADGBe as i'm sure you're aware, this is called standard tuning, I know nickelback like to use alternative tunings, but thats irrelevant,
where the big E is the thickest string, the one closest to you if you look down at the guitar whilst you are holding it.
