The Doctor's new companion?

I heard that it was the same woman from the last Christmas special, and I'm unhappy about it. I don't think there's been a good companion yet since Rose Tyler, and I don't think the new girl will be much better than Martha. Hopefully this one won't fall madly in love with him...I'd prefer one who just admires him as a friend. What do you think of the future doctor's new companion?

Her name is Freema Agyeman who is of ghanian and iranian decent.She was brought in to replace actress Billie Piper ,who left the show to persue a singing career.

I actually liked Donna from the Christmas special, but I can't really see her working full time as the Doctor's companion ... Martha is supposed to return sometime in the middle of the fourth season, though, that's what I heard ... though I don't know what happened to her, the finale hasn't aired here yet, so that's what I heard. Hopefully next season will be better than this, I didn't like it too much ... Rose was awesome, I wish she would of stayed ... but still, I can't wait! :) It's going to be so long until next season :(

don't know how true it is, but i've heard catherine tate is supposes to be the doctors next companion, the new episodes don't start till christmas
