Does anybody remember a 80s PBS children's show where a man drew pictures of a story as it was read?

There was a children's show that come on PBS in the early 80s where a man would illustrate a story as the book was being read. Sometimes the man have a mustache. His hair, IRC, was dark blonde. What was the name of this show and is there any where I could buy or download it?

It is not Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, which still comes on and I watch with my children. The show I'm referring to doesn't come on anymore.

I believe it was Mr. Rogers. I doubt you can get it anywhere anymore. Try your library.

Is it Mr. Dressup? He used to do the same thing. His show is not on because he has died. Do Casey and Finnegan ring a bell?
