What is this music on adult swim?

It's the music that plays with a picture of train-tracks going past a body of water and there is some kind of shack with an antennae on it. The only words on it is "Adult Swim". The music almost sounds like a little music box or something, with possibly a woman singing over it. It's definitely electronic music.
