I havent seen the VMAs since 2000

I know they honestly were awful... Why would they have Britney Spears open... and the whole theme just wasnt that great.. The Vegas part was fine but the way the planned it and all that... 3 out of 10

I don't know if it's the worst ever, but the format is strange. I tried watching it and had to cut out after about five minutes. They keep cutting to random parties happening everywhere except in Las Vegas and show about one award every 10 minutes.

Yeah it was bad. The only good part was the chris brown/rihanna thing. I hate how they had different suites for different concerts...I wish they would have played it all onstage individually. I would have LOVED to see that whole Fall out boy/lil wayne remix to Arms race..

yeah they were okay i really liked the linkin park performance and kanye west. i wish they had someone big for the end like someone who hasnt really seen lately like JAY-Z

Definitely the worst I've seen. The only part I really liked was Chris Brown's performance. Everything else was just blah.

The whole VMAs were screwed just due to the fact that britney spears opened ..couldnt they have put sharon osburne instead lol

I thought it was one of the worst! what happened to the vma's back in 2000? The award titles, COME ON ! the quadruple threat, whatever its called, is just too tacky! the setup was really confusing, too many different performances in too many different areas. Why was there not a host? I thought Britney's performance was going to be a lot better. There was nothing exciting, like back in the day with the snake or kissing Madonna. But, VEGAS was the perfect city should be held there anually ! lol

Absolute joke! It was basically one big "inside" party that we as viewer's were supposed to feel privileged to see! What happened to the diversity of musicians? What happened to the (although small bit of) integrity? The format was confusing, and the performances where hum-drum. I can honestly say, I am officially disgusted by Sarah Silverman. The woman has no talent, and definitely no class. Her "jokes" regarding MTV's chosen artist to open the show, were tasteless and extremely disrespectful to the artist and to the show's producers. If I were an artist, I would have gotten up and left. Fergie was supposed to be there, so I wonder why she wasn't available to accept the award? Bottom line, the show was an utter waste of time. I will skip it next year for sure! If I want to watch a bunch of grown men get drunk and act like idiots, I'll hit my local sports bar on a Monday night.

Every time i put mtv i saw comercials or stupid parties it was really confusing plus i didn麓t get to see the nominations cause it was really boring all around

The performers were not good1 fall out boy=<3 but they suckedd the only great one was chris brown and his little dancers and brittneyy=HORRIBLE!!!!
