When did the Simpsons start declining as far as the quality of the show goes and when did they start running out of ideas. It jumped he shark when the show started focusing on Homer's stupidity instead of Bart. I think Marge and the other characters have as much to add as Homer does. Homer is so annoying now. I think it started to go downhill around season 11. Season 9 in 1997, the episodes from there on out have been a hit and miss for me, I loved the episodes from Seasons 1-8 the best. The day it premiered? I'd have to say after season 10. That's when I stopped watching. And the movie, in my opinion, was a huge let down. Oh, probably the first time it aired... |
