i had filled out an application for " pimp my ride". today i got an email saying i have been selected. now, they are asking me to pay $19.99 for the processing or application (can't remember exactly which one) fee. i thought it was supposed to be free and when i meet the pimpers then we talk about the bills. is it just a scam? how does it really work? whats his name....he gets my vote! aww, thanks for your answer to my questio!
