I definitely think meds would work well.

i try to get my mind off it, stay busy

I try to listen to music and just kick back and relax

i just block the annoying things out and focus on the main postitive picture

i don't have a clue. that's what i ask myself every day.....

stop paying attention to them, listen to music, and think about all the more annoying things that could be going on...

well, what has really been helping me lately is that I want to be a firefighter/paramedic so I will have to be calm in very serious situations. So I have been really taming myself to not sweat the small stuff. Especially for the holidays you know it is going to pass, so a weekend or week of annoyances ain't going to kill you.

Ummnnn...i will sing or listen2 my fvr singer's songs..lol...

its very hard but i have learned that i cant control anyone Else's behavior but mine and they can only upset me if i allow them them to and that i can only do so much and if i cant do it all then someone else will either have to do it or it wont get done.... then you just breath ........
