Me - This wasn't/isn't a debate. I've done my fair share of debating and the people I do this with don't insult you.

People get to be cowards hiding behind the computer. They wouldn't be that opinionated to your face.

Because they conjure up in their head, the things they would not want to see happen and imagine you being the sole cause of such events. They then envision you as their enemy.

Politics is going to cause the next Civil War! when it comes to politics everybody is offended no matter who they are or which side they choose. I admit that even I do sometimes and I hate politics! it is an ever going, never winning battle. Basically it is all based on opinion, not fact!

Simple.because they want to push and insist their opinions or views to you , and they wnat to prove that they think better than you and that what you say is non--sensible..of course not all of them.............remember this is a healthy community where we are all given the freedom to express ourselves and we are all entitled to give our viewpoints, while there might be right or wrong answers, for opinionated questions I don't think there is one here who could pinpoint that idea is wrong and this idea is right........so the asker enters...and while she chooses her best answer, then I guess no one can question her or him now, because this is a matter of hitting the target idea or close opinion of the asker..............so, leave it, don't even question them anymore because this is an endless argument or debate...whew especially with politcal issues....meanwhile throw debatable questions to ge a weightable opinions........ok? cheer up!

Because they've never read a Constitution of the United States in their lives - and deserve one way trips to Rio De Janero, on rubber rafts.
