Because you can't possibly have a lower opinion of yourself than you do now? Or have you ever felt this way?

If it's true and funny I do. But if someone is just trying to be mean I defend myself.

yes how can you not laugh becuase the people really think that they can control how i feel by saying a few insulting things to you. i pity the fact that they have no life so they have to try and make other people feel bad about thier own.

I laugh because I realize whatever I say is just an opinion their mind came up with, it is not true. The same way when I judge others it is just a thought I have, a representation of my own mind.

So anything that a person says about another is just how that person judges themself

Sometimes people say funny, jerky things. Then I laugh. But later, in my bedroom, I cry. Then the man in the mirror calls me names again. Yikes, it never ends.

Well when people put me down.. of course i laugh.. cause I know that its not true! so why would i get upset? I know some things hurt, but if you get angry at them then you have let them win. and that is exactly what they want! Yes, laugh and laugh at them as if it is the funniest thing you have ever heard! and i bet they wont be doing it again.

When people put me down it's because they don't anything to do but victimize folks. They pretty much know if they start on me I will throw something at them and put that smart mouth out of order.
