Put on a hat! I was a lifeguard & that was one of the first things we learned - you lose MAJOR heat through the head!

side straddle hops!!!(jumping jax) or push ups. or rub your hands together as fast as you possibly can!!(miagee style)

jump around and sing cheistmas carols =)

build a fire
drink hot cocoa
wrap up in a blanket
snuggle
travel to the equator
